Baby! And the Rapture...

Well, here we are a week later. See, I TOLD you I would!

Today I co-hosted a baby shower for one of my best friends. She's due in a few weeks. It just blows my mind that someone my age is already married and about to have a baby. Jess is one of the strongest people I've ever known - always has been. I know marriage and a baby on the way would be very hard for me to handle at this point in my life.

Anyway, the world is supposed to end today, so I thought I would make this post my Bucket List. Here goes.

1. Marry my best friend.
2. Have a family.
3. Turn my passion into a career.
4. Graduate college.
5. Go to Italy.
6. Go to Greece.
7. Go back to Disney World.
8. Go to Harry Potter World.
9. Learn to play guitar.
10. Go to London.
11. Have a good relationship with my brother.
12. Make a snow angel.
13. Be kissed in the rain.
14. Go on a road trip.
15. Attend a Drum Corps International show.
16. Go to the top of the Eiffel Tower.
17. Meet Barbra Streisand.
18. Help a homeless person.
19. Catch fireflies.
20. Watch a sunrise.
21. Go on a cruise.
22. Build a sandcastle.
23. Watch a solar eclipse.
24. See a platypus.
25. Watch the northern lights.
26. Go to Jerusalem.
27. Visit Auschwitz.
28. Go back to my mother's hometown.
29. Light a candle in my great-grandmother's church in Germany.
30. Go to the Four Corners and be in four places at once.
31. Visit all 50 states.
32. Help build a Habitat for Humanity home.
33. See a Pope in person.
34. Learn to say "no" without feeling bad about it.
35. Read the Bible in a year.
36. Go on a mission trip.
37. Learn to pray better.
38. Visit a nursing home and befriend an older adult who rarely has visitors.
39. Give a poor child the best Christmas ever.
40. Keep a journal.
41. Witness a miracle.
